I love the stainless steel water bottle and no more worries about things that leak out of plastic water bottles. I try to keep this filled and with me at all times. The larger "mouth" makes it easy to clean.

I recently got into recreational bicycling and I needed a water bottle to replace the very cheap plastic one I had. I purchased a blue 27 oz. Klean Kanteen. I keeps my water cold for a very long time and the water doesn't taste metallic at all. The only complaint I have with the bottle I got was that the blue paint is coming off very easily. I've been trying my best to keep it from rubbing up on sharp metallic corners or falling on the concrete, however, the paint is still scratching off. Had I known this, I would've gotten the Klean Kanteen without color. That's the only complaint I have with this bottle; it functions well otherwise and overall I'm happy with my purchase.

I might be hyper-sensitive to metallic tastes since others don't seem to have this problem, but for me drinking out of this bottle is like drinking out of an old canteen. I washed it multiple times; the taste never left. It's unfortunate, the bottle was great in every other way, I'm sure the water quality is fine but I'll probably give it to someone who would enjoy it more.

I purchased the 12 oz with a sports cap for my daughter. The bottle looks great, I love the design of it. However, I'd like it much better if it was insulated. We live in the south, and if you put cold beverages in it, the bottle sweats almost immediately. That's my only gripe with it, other than that, I love it! I will probably buy a couple of bigger ones for my husband.

Do yourself and the world a favor by picking up one of these stainless steel, BPA Free, reusable Klean Kanteen water bottle. You won't be disappointed.

I received this water bottle a few weeks ago and love it. I read a lot of reviews before i purchased this so i knew it had a rather wide mouth on the bottle (not the sports cap ). GREAT for filling with ice cubes but NOT SO GREAT for drinking. Pros and Cons just like anything. Luckily i usually just fill with water so when I spill it on me it does not ruin clothing!!! Must be careful when drinking.....slowly. Other than that I love this product. Easy to clean and the water tastes great.....no metal taste for me!!! 27 oz was a perfect size for the park, mall etc.

5 months ago, after A LOT of research, I bought 8 KK bottles. They changed the way we drink! We take them everywhere. No more plastic bottles; I use filtered water and sometimes add a bit of apple juice to it for the kids. The pros: Even after a full day of being used, no bad smells or taste. sports cap easy to use even for kids, but has to be upright to not leak. easy to clean wide mouth. The con- really just one: the paint chips, on some bottles (red) it actually flakes. My kids don't mind, and I'm still glad I bought the colored ones, to tell who drinks from which one at the moment. The replacement sports caps (recall) finally arrived (the whole process took over 6 weeks). I decided to give them 5 points because the only thing I can find fault with is purely cosmetic.

After researching many stainless steel water bottles I selected Klean Kanteen for my three grandchildren. Although I felt the price was high for such a water bottle I felt it was a good investment in my grandchildren's good health(priceless). Now however, after recieving them and using them for only a couple of weeks the paint is chipping off of them and one of the bottles was sent with a different top. I do not know what materials are in this top that my grandson must put in his mouth to get a drink of water from his bottle. This is not what I ordered. So, this being said, I am very disappointed in the paint-chipping, nozzle-clad bottles. I would truly like my money returned. Karen Grasso
