TurboTax Home & Business Federal + State + Federal efile 2009

The program was recieved too late to use ,so I returned it. My account has not been credited.

Installed it but have not used the program yet. Have used Turbo Tax in the past years and it is sometimes extremely to go back and alter previously answered questions. One time it took me three hours to find an question again.

I have purchased TurboTax Home & Business for the last 3 years. I have saved quite a bit compared to having a professional do it for me. I have educated myself in the process. There are some aspects of the program that need more user-friendly attention. There are some points about which one must consult a third-party - I have found this information by phoning the IRS number (800.829-1040) and state tax officials. TurboTax has made some progress in making the program more user-friendly over the years. The areas in need of attention make for a slightly time-consuming and sometimes frustrating experience. The bottom line: buy it; buy it from Amazon, where prices are often quite a bit lower (it is always great to get a good deal and the suppliers are friendly and competent); but expect to take some time to get used to it and understand more deeply the tax issues of your particular situation. Incidentally, I have found that my practice of meditation (I do Transcendental Meditation) was critical to the process. Meditation enabled me to gestate and re-process Turbo Tax and tax issues in a clearer light. I was able to penetrate beyond all the numbers and entries to determine means to organize my data and speed up the entire tax preparation process.

I had never tried this product before and found it very easy to use. I'm a self employed sales rep and have always paid an accountant to do my taxes. I saved myself a couple of hundred dollars as well. The guidance was simple to follow, just fill in the numbers. I'll definitely buy it next year.

my credit card was billed on 5/24 I received the order on June 14th. Did it walk here? 20 days to come from Florida to SC is unheard of! Will make a strong impression on ordering anything else from Amazon sellers

TurboTax is becoming like a comfortable old pair of shoes, reliably consistent from year to year. Pretty easy to use. An improvement would be to explain more thoroughly some of the more esoteric applications, especially for those of us who file in two or more states.

Basically the same as previous years. I have not had any issues that I have read as far as system crashes or freezes. I have been using the home & business version for the past 5 years and have not had any issues. The usual perks added each year. For the cost of the software, all fees for all electronic filings should be included.

I've used Turbo Tax for years and I have always liked the product. The customer support is not free and a bit difficult to use but the product is good.

I have been using this software for a number of years. However, I find that purchasing it through Amazon is better and more cost efficient. The delivery was excellent and the product is one of my favorites.

When I tried to install the CD it didn't work. I discovered there was NO .exe file on the CD thus making it impossible to install. I called TurboTax support after a long wait. I was able to download and install over the internet. The tech support was excellent! The downside was that I lost so much time trying to install a defective CD. I've used this program for years and I have been very happy with the results.
